Born and raised in San Diego, Robbi Campbell is a dedicated full-time real estate professional and specializes in the San Diego North County Coastal area. Advanced Certifications

Robbi has earned her CMS Certified Mobility-Relocation Specialist designation in order to work directly with incoming buyers and sellers who are moving out of the area. She has also earned her Brookfield Relocation Certification which includes Marketing Assistance, Destination and Inventory Services.

Robbi has earned the prestigious CDPE Certified Distressed Property Expert designation having completed extensive training in foreclosure avoidance, with a particular emphasis on short sales.

Robbi has also teamed with Bank of America since 2010 listing several of their Real Estate Owned (REO) properties in San Diego County.

Jim Dalzell founded the Dalzell Group in 1992 and has been a perennial Top Producer with Prudential California Realty throughout his career. Awarded with Prudential’s Legend Award for his outstanding sales success he is a well-respected leader within the San Diego broker community. Jim runs the Dalzell Group’s Luxury Homes Division, with notable sales including The Preakness Estate which sold for $17,775,000 in 2002.

Prior to moving to San Diego in 1987 Jim owned a large construction company in South Africa, which has provided his client’s with invaluable experience related to building standard and practices.

Jim and his wife Jo have live in Carmel Valley and are blessed to have their 3 grown children and 5 grandchildren all living in San Diego.

Kevin Dalzell joined the Dalzell Group in 2002 after playing professional rugby for several years in Europe. During his time abroad he represented the United States in two Rugby World Cups. He then turned his focus to real estate and now heads up the Dalzell Group’s Investment Real Estate division. Kevin is responsible for acquiring properties, managing the renovation and construction duties, and coordinating the disposition process. Kevin also works actively with both residential and investment buyers throughout San Diego.

Ryan Dalzell followed his brother’s footsteps and joined the Dalzell Group in 2004. Ryan’s current role with the team is as the Marketing Director and Listing Coordinator. He manages the print, internet and social media campaigns for the Dalzell Group and has been a regular contributor on both local and nationally-syndicated radio and TV shows, including the CBS’ Big Biz Radio Show and the Mr. Credit Radio on ESPN AM-1700 in San Diego. Ryan also works closely with community partners like The Carmel Valley Life to promote real estate and the San Diego community to both residents and those relocating to our city.

Ryan lives in Carmel Valley with his wife Julie and their 3 children.

Dan and his lovely wife Pattie enjoy entertaining & vacationing in Temecula Wine Country, Mission Bay and Boston College Football games in the Fall (Go EAGLES!). They have three children; Thad, Taylor and Danny III and they reside in beautiful Sabre Springs.

Angela Meakins-Bergman is a Top Producer with P.S. Platinum Properties. She brought her “go get em” attitude to San Diego nine years ago, where she met and married her husband and immediately found her passion for real estate. Angela has been tremendously successful in Golf Course Community sales in both Meadows Del Mar and The Crosby Estates, RSF, bringing some of the top sale prices in these areas. As well as these communities, Angela has enjoyed much success through all of San Diego County from Downtown to Oceanside. Angela was born and raised in Vancouver, BC, Canada. She developed her love of real estate and community involvement while finishing her studies and went on to spend 10+ years living abroad. While living in Canada, Angela specialized in Banking for HSBC and other Canadian Institutions. Angela was commissioned to teach English in Middle East by the Government of the Sultanate of Oman, she then continued her endeavors teaching for the British Council (Cambridge Regional College) in Hong Kong, The Canary Islands, and the British Virgin Islands.

Angela is a wife and mother to two beautiful little girls. Most impressively, Angela is a tri-athlete who successfully completed Ironman in Coeur D’Alene, Idaho while 9 weeks pregnant. Being fit and healthy is extremely important to her and her family. She believes that “a healthy mind and body are the ingredients to success on every level.” As a cancer survivor and athlete, Angela has learned firsthand about being determined and persistent. Her favorite quote is “it’s never crowded along the extra mile….” – author unknown. Angela is a member of the Del Mar Rotary Club and enjoys giving back to the community and working on many charitable endeavors. She strives to be a very useful and valuable member of her club.
