“Betsy” is the Pet of the Month for The Carmel Valley Life

INFO: “Patsy” is the pet of the week at your Rancho Coastal Humane Society and she is featured as the pet of the month for The Carmel Valley Life. She’s a 3-1/2 year old, 17 pound, Beagle.

Patsy has never had a real home and family. She loves people and craves attention. Patsy is going to need a mature, mellow home with a patient owner who will give her the time she needs to settle in. She and 34 other Beagles recently arrived at Rancho Coastal Humane Society through the FOCAS program.
