The Dalzell Group is an all-family real estate team that has successfully represented buyers and sellers in Carmel Valley San Diego since 1992. Headed by Jim, Ryan and Kevin, the Dalzell Group has experienced both good and bad markets and consistently produced results that keep their clients coming back.

Custom Websites – Custom web and blog sites are marketing tools that create a unique online presence where high-end properties can be highlighted and syndicated. The Dalzell Group hires an online marketing company to develop our custom property sites.

Virtual Tours – These are incorporated into our MLS listings to give prospective buyers the ability to “experience” the home online and this serves to further qualify the serious buyers we’re looking for.

Personal Networking – Our commitment to personal networking is a perfect complement to the internet marketing we perform. The “personal touch” is still a powerful way to highlight your home to realtors and buyers alike.

Print Advertising – While buyers start their search online, print advertising is still an important part of our marketing strategy. We make sure that there are multiple channels for your home to receive maximum exposure.

Meet the Team

The team is led by Jim Dalzell who first got into the business in 1992 after a successful career in the construction industry in South Africa. Jim and his wife Jo, who is the Dalzell Group’s office manager, have lived in Carmel Valley since 1987.

Kevin Dalzell joined the team in 2002 after playing professional rugby for several years in Europe. He represented the United States in two Rugby World Cups and is now living with his wife, Nina, in Solana Beach.

Ryan Dalzell coordinates the team’s marketing program. He joined the group in 2004 after working as a flight instructor in Carlsbad. Ryan lives in Carmel Valley with his wife Julie and their 3 children.

Amber Worsham recently joined the Dalzell Group as the new Marketing Manager & Transaction coordinator. With over five years of experience in marketing real estate in Coastal North County, Amber provides us with extensive expertise in the print, internet and direct marketing aspects of the business.
