Carmel Creek Neighborhood Park is located on the corner of McGuire Road and Carmel Creek Road in Carmel Valley San Diego 92130. The park sits adjacent to Carmel Creek Elementary School (4210 Carmel Center Road San Diego, CA 92130) and therefore serves as more than just a community park. Additionally, you can find the Church of Jesus Christ of LDS (12701 Torrey Bluff Drive San Diego, CA 92130) just across the street. Carmel Creek Park is nestled in the middle of one of Carmel Valley’s wonderful communities – Del Mar Highlands.
During the weekends, you can find lots of families enjoying the San Diego weather at the local park. Many families enjoy taking walks, participating in organized sports, playing on the large playground, grilling on one of the several BBQ grills, getting some exercise on the beach volleyball courts or just sitting on the bench and taking in the beautiful scenery.
Carmel Creek Neighborhood Park is walking distance to the Carmel Valley Park and Recration Center, as well as two shopping centers – the Del Mar Highlands Shopping Center and Carmel Country Plaza. If your family isn’t int the mood for a picnic at the park, food and shopping options at these two centers are amazing and will be sure to leave your stomachs pleased!
