Welcome 2020 with One Paseo’s Wellness Month

One Paseo, North County’s favorite wellness destination, is kicking off January with a Wellness Month to add to its already impressive roster of wellness offerings. With New Year’s resolutions in mind, One Paseo’s Wellness Month is making it even more fun and more rewarding to dive into your wellness goals. During the month of January, swing by any of One Paseo’s fitness studios ―pilates focused BodyRok, cycling studio Soul Cycle and vibrating yoga Vibe Flow, to pick up a Wellness Trio Card. Then, simply complete a class at all three studios throughout the month of January to be entered to win a $300 gift card to lululemon at One Paseo, among a host of other prizes.

The culmination of Wellness Event taking place at One Paseo on Feb. 1 from 11:00am to 1:00pm. In addition to the Wellness Month giveaway winner being announced, the wellness event will also include a hosted outdoor yoga class lead by Vibe Flow Yoga, a DJ, wellness shots from ALCHEME health, and a special activation with lifestyle + wellness influencer @trackclubbabe, Kim Underwood.
