Souplantation’s Grand Re-Opening Event!

Souplantation – Same Great Restaurant with an Upgraded Menu!

The Souplantation, located in Piazza Carmel, has always been a favorite amongst Carmel Valley residents.  With a great family-friendly atmosphere, delicious menu, and affordable prices, you simply cannot go wrong.  But Souplantation, being the constant overachiever, wanted to provide more choices for their faithful patrons, and made some minor tweaks to their restaurant that resulted in a major difference.

To celebrate their new look and new menu, Souplantation hosted an amazing fun-filled event for all Carmel Valley residents to enjoy.  The night showcased the reimaging of the facilities with more modern and contemporary artwork, as well as allowed guests to enjoy the delicious new upgraded menu designed to satisfy all taste buds.  Not only are all of the original menu items still served, Souplantation added more options to meet a variety of dietary lifestyles.  There are even options for vegans, such as the delicious Black Bean Soup!!!

Residents all over Carmel Valley traveled to the Piazza Carmel Souplantation last Thursday to enjoy this delicious menu, as well as listen to some live music from local musician Casey Turner.  While Casey provided some good tunes, Joy Houston, a raw food chef, prepared some quick and healthy raw recipes for guests to enjoy.  The food and music were a big hit and really set the mood for a great fun-filled family night.

Besides the food and music being a hit amongst the crowd, the photobooth turned out to be a crowd favorite.  Guests could make use of all the silly props, take pictures, and even create their very own comic strip.  This booth definitely kept the kids happy and provided for lots of laughter and memory making!

Overall, the grand reopening brought together a great mixture of long time guests, as well as a variety of new and fresh faces.  If Carmel Valley residents weren’t already hooked on the delicious food Souplantation has to offer, they definitely will be now.  Especially with their new premium desserts and extra salad add-ons.
