Daphne’s, the fresh Mediterranean fast casual concept with a location in San Diego, has introduced two nutrient-dense and health-focused bowls that cater to vegan and protein-focused diets. Created with active lifestyles in mind, the new Power Bowl and Shawarma Bowl combine the best of the Mediterranean with coastal California flavors.

For a limited time, guests can enjoy the vegan Power Bowl prepared with spring mix greens, hummus, tomatoes, cucumbers, seasoned garbanzo beans, kalamata olives, red cabbage, and tabbouleh, or fuel up with the protein-packed Shawarma Bowl featuring chicken shawarma, black beans, roasted vegetables, and a chili cream sauce served over a bed of seasoned basmati rice. Plus, both Health-Focused Bowls come with warm pita bread and garlic sauce to round out the meal.
