Kickball: Not Just a Sport You Play at Recess!

VAVi Sports Clubs has been bringing together fun-loving individuals who just want to let loose, have some fun and play their favorite sports since 2002.  As we age, we tend to get so caught up in the everyday hustle and bustle that we often get worn-out and begin to lose focus on what makes us happy.  In order to keep that competitive spirit and youthfulness alive, VAVi Sport & Social Club offers a variety of different sport leagues, social events, vacations and even volunteer opportunities.  Sports leagues are not just a memory of the past, but can be part of your everyday life with VAVi.

Anyone over the age of 21 can take part in the many events VAVi has to offer, and the typical age ranges from 21-40 years old.  With over 75,000 San Diego residents participating in the different sports leagues, VAVi is growing at a rate of 300 new members per week.  They really offer a unique opportunity for adults to have fun and participate in the activities that they love.

Currently, VAVi is hosting a kickball league where adults are brought back to their elementary school days.  For Carmel Valley residents, this league is held at the Carmel Valley Rec Center and is very popular amongst adults  By participating in this league, adults can enjoy 50-60 minutes of refereed kickball, meet lots of new people from all walks of life and participate in a fun, light-hearted game while getting some exercise in.  After the games, teams usually go out to get drinks after and celebrate their victories!  It really is a great opportunity to interact with other individuals your age, play a game you love and stay in shape!
