“Lulu” is the Carmel Valley Life pet of the week at your Rancho Coastal Humane Society. She’s a 1-1/2 year old, 42 pound, Siberian Husky.
Lulu loves people and other dogs. She needs an active family that will help her use up her physical and mental energy. While Lulu is fully grown, she’s still kind of a puppy with her whole life ahead of her. Keep in mind that Huskies shed. Lulu’s fur coat is going to need regular brushing. Even with that, you’ll still find “fur balls” in your house. But no matter how much love you give to Lulu, she will give you more.
Lulu was transferred to Rancho Coastal Humane Society from another animal shelter through the FOCAS program.
The $145 adoption fee for Lulu includes medical exam, vaccinations, spay, and microchip. Find your best friend at Rancho Coastal Humane Society at 389 Requeza Street in Encinitas or log on to SDpets.org. Call 760-753-6413 for more information. Kennels and Cattery open 11 AM to 5 PM every day but Tuesday.
