Last Saturday morning at MELS BOOT CAMP, we played awesome music, danced in the sun & worked on our tan (..umm..& David touched up his farmer’s tan…=0 ). We enjoyed fresh cut watermelon and topped it off with a super intense full body fat burning workout! I MUST SAY..WHAT AN AWESOME WAY TO KICK OFF THE WEEKEND.

This is a workout that is not only going to burn fat fast, but it is going to give you lean muscle tone & definition everywhere–especially in your core and upper body.
