RCHS Pet of the Month for May 2016

Kali is the Carmel Valley Life Pet of the Month at your Rancho Coastal Humane Society. She’s a 7 year old, 8-1/2 pound, Domestic Short Hair Calico.

Kali was found living in a cat colony, but it was clear that she was a house cat that had recently been dumped there. She wasn’t able to care for herself. She’s been patched up and put on a little of the weight she lost. Now she’s ready to go to her new home and resume the life she once had. Kali was transferred to Rancho Coastal Humane Society from Feral Cat Coalition through the FOCAS program.

The $100 adoption fee for Kali, Carmel Valley Life Pet of the Month, includes medical exam, vaccinations, spay, and microchip. A fundraiser Happy Hour benefitting your Rancho Coastal Humane Society will be held on Wednesday, May 25th from 5 to 7:30 PM as Culture Brewing Company at 111 South Cedros Avenue in Solana Beach. The 13th annual Encinitas Rotary Wine and Food Festival will take place on Saturday, June 4^th from 5 to 8 PM at Encinitas Ranch Golf Course at 1275 Quail Gardens Drive in Encinitas.
