Subaru Kids Obstacle Challenge Gives Back to Military Families in Southern California

As Subaru Kids Obstacle Challenge prepares to host their annual southern California events in the coming weeks, they look to give back to local military families in the area. Donating over 300 tickets to families living on nearby military bases, Subaru Kids Obstacle Challenge hopes that these families will get to experience a memorable day of muddy fun on September 29th at Kit Carson Park in Escondido, CA or October 6th-7th at Oak Canyon Park in Silverado, CA. All three event days begin with the Razor Competitive Wave at 8:30 AM, followed by Family Waves, every half hour. Tickets range in price from $52-66 and can be purchased at www.kidsobstaclechallenge.com/locations.

”We wanted to show our appreciation for those who serve our country by giving them a family experience that we expect military families will value: that is, one that pushes kids and parents to work together, face obstacles, and overcome them together. We believe giving kids and families these kinds of experiences is what will help us foster brave and perseverant kids,” said Matt Mues, Operations Director for Kids Obstacle Challenge.

Subaru Kids Obstacle Challenge is the ultimate family adventure and the only obstacle course designed for kids ages 5-16, where both kids and parents get to run together! Participants can traverse rock walls, army crawl through mud pits, rope swing over water, scale up rugged cargo nets, dodge floating cannonballs, and more. Give your kids the chance to release their inner beast and push themselves, all while getting covered in mud together as a family! Prepare to Brave Your Adventure and have some family fun!
