Well for the Espana family, their first stop in Carmel Valley, San Diego changed their lives. It was at that very moment that they decided to move here. Today, the Espana family lives here and stated they would never leave it. I even went as far as to ask them what they would change about the Carmel Valley San Diego community and they immediately looked at each other, laughed and said they wouldn’t change a thing. Luis and Isela Espana are proud parents of two young and active boys. Like many families in Carmel Valley, they deeply value family, education and health. These are the types of families that live here. Their kids were a huge factor in their decision to uproot their family from Los Angeles and create a new beginning here. Luis Espana is the owner of LGE Prime Plumbing The Carmel Valley Plumber, and has been perfecting his craft for over seven years. Isela Espana is also an entreprenuer and has her own design studio and finds joy in helping other business succeed via creative marketing and development. David A. Moya is a community contributor and influencer for positive change. As a Certified Mortgage Coach, he focuses on education and transparency. During his earlier years, he fed his entrepreneurial spirit and founded a company called Motivus International Inc, which focuses on the development of young individuals who are committed to peak performance. David went on to pay for his BA in Finance through his real estate business and after graduating flew more than 30 flights to over 10 countries in order to master the art of communication and business. At the downward turn of the real estate market, David saw a need to change the industry and began to reach out to his network of professionals to see what could be done.
